Cancellation Policy

Cancel bookings 72 hours prior to booking date and time to avoid penalty. If booked within the 72 hours, cancel at least 12 hours prior to booking date and time to avoid penalty. Clients/passengers are subject to a payment of 30% of the booking fare, plus tax and service charge for cancelling within the 12 hour window of scheduled date and time of travel, or for not providing notification of cancelation.
